Villa Blanca

Villa Blanca started from a very specific feeling: walking into an old French home that already had a soul, then carefully bringing it back to life for the way a Lebanese family lives today.

Set in the small town of Wardaniyah, the house reinterprets the atmosphere of a classical French villa and adapts it to the rolling hills of the Chouf — borrowing a sense of proportion, elegance, and quiet detail rather than copying a Parisian apartment, then making it warmer, more practical, and more lived-in.

The design balances atmosphere against function throughout: moldings, marble, soft neutral tones, and brass details give the house its classical base, while the furniture, appliances, and spatial layout keep it contemporary and relaxed.

The project unfolds as a series of rooms, each with its own hierarchy and character — a generous, calm living room, a double-height dining room that brings a more dramatic moment to the house, and an attic treated as a private retreat dedicated entirely to the master suite.

Every bedroom was given its own identity rather than repeating a single language, each with a different mood, color, and matching bathroom, where statement tiles and materials make the spaces feel personal.

The result takes the elegance of an old French interior and softens it into something more intimate, practical, and connected to the Lebanese landscape.
