Stone Veil

Stone Veil was designed around a simple ambition: to make an apartment building feel less like a shared block and more like a collection of private villas.

The project splits into two main volumes, each with its own façade language and identity, so that from the outside the building reads as several homes coming together rather than one repetitive residential mass — giving every apartment a stronger sense of individuality and privacy.

Inside, each unit is designed as its own private residence, with a dedicated entrance and a garden, terrace, or outdoor extension. Some are organized over two floors, others include double-height spaces, sloped roofs, private gardens, generous terraces, or jacuzzi areas, so that each buyer acquires a home with its own character rather than simply an apartment.

The separation between the two blocks creates a generous shared entrance at the heart of the project, where Italian-style steps connect the buildings and landscaped gardens soften the arrival, forming a calm transition from the street into the residence.

The façade is layered with stone, vertical textures, dark metal frames, planted terraces, and green walls — the veil of the project, a protective layer that gives privacy, filters views, and brings greenery to every level.

Stone Veil combines the practicality of apartment living with the privacy, identity, and landscape quality of a villa.
