The Haidar Residence is conceived as a warm, refined retreat where natural materials, soft light, and balanced proportions create an atmosphere of understated luxury.

Rich walnut wood, creamy stone surfaces, and textured fabrics establish a sense of comfort and permanence, while the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen spaces are unified through a palette of warm browns, soft beiges, and ivory. Continuous walnut paneling wraps the interiors, giving depth and visual continuity against the light mineral finishes of walls and flooring, and floor-to-ceiling linen curtains filter daylight into a soft glow.

Lighting is layered deliberately, from architectural wall sconces and discreet ceiling spotlights to statement decorative pendants, adding intimacy while drawing out the texture of each material.

The dining area forms a seamless transition between living and kitchen, anchored by a sculptural stone table on monolithic cylindrical bases and paired with walnut chairs on soft upholstered seats. In the kitchen, walnut cabinetry extends from floor to ceiling, its white marble surfaces and backsplash bringing brightness and subtle veining beneath integrated lighting.

Throughout, the palette stays restrained: walnut veneer, natural marble, textured limestone, linen, bronze accents, and matte black detail. The result is a contemporary interior designed not to impress through excess, but through balance, craftsmanship, and a quiet sense of luxury.
