Who we are

Altera Architects is a design studio based in Beirut, Lebanon. This page explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Information you give us

The enquiry form on this site asks for your name and email address, and optionally your phone number, company, website and a description of your project. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and to discuss working together. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

Enquiries are stored in this website’s database and emailed to us at info@alteraarchitects.com. We keep them for as long as they remain commercially relevant, and delete them on request.

Cookies and measurement

This site may use cookies and similar technologies from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google to measure how our advertising performs — for example, to tell whether someone who clicked an advert went on to send us an enquiry. These services may set their own cookies and receive your IP address and details of the pages you visited. They act as independent data controllers for that information.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so will not stop you using any part of this site.

Images and project information

Project imagery on this site is our own work or produced on our behalf. Client names are published with permission.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@alteraarchitects.com and we will respond.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page. This version was published when the site launched.
